Send a child to College

We have 8 new graduates that need to go to college!

In 2018 we were able to add a Secondary School to our campus! This allowed us to continue to educate our children after they finished primary school. Secondary School in Uganda is the equivalent to High School in the US. Now, we have our first class of graduates that are needing to continue on to higher education outside of My People School.

This will be our first year of implementing a new work/study program. If the child is put through college on sponsorship, once they graduate, they will then return to serve the school as an intern for 3 years with their room and board covered. Once their three years is up, they will have the option to stay on as paid staff or go out in the community and get a job of their own. So, when you sponsor a child's college education, you are also sowing into the future staff of My People School, further reducing our expenses later on down the road as well as setting up that child for a life of success!

You can put a child through College or University for $580/semester, 2 semesters a year and it is a 3 year commitment. We would love to put you in touch with the child that you sponsor so they can send you updates on their life and education. We know you will love getting to know these amazing young people!
